Any questions concerning billing, new permits, tags, passes, etc., should be directed to parking management.
Owners park at their own risk. UPP will not be liable for any destruction, loss or damage to Owner's vehicle or any other property or any injury to owner or any other person resulting from the use of the lot.
The permit is issued to the undersigned is solely for that person's use. Any permit used by persons other than agreed may be revoked. This agreement may be terminated by Account Holder by cancelling prior to month end, or by UPP at anytime in writing to Account Holder. If found in violation of these terms Unified Parking Partners can terminate parking immediately.
If cancellation is not received prior to the end of a month, the Account Holder is required to pay for the next month's rent. This agreement may be terminated immediately by UPP if Account Holder is found in violation of the terms of this agreement. This agreement is immediately terminated if Account Holder leaves the firm listed below and card is not transferred, with permission of UPP, to someone else in the firm.
The parking lot/garage is not to be used as storage. Any vehicle which has remained parked for more than 5 parking days without permission of UPP with be considered stored and may be towed at Owner's expense.
Overnight parking is prohibited during the snow season unless previously arranged. Vehicles prohibiting snow plowing or removal will be towed at the owner's expense.
Lost hang tags or access cards will be replaced at a cost of $20.00. The $20.00 fee must be paid when the replacement card is picked up. All pieces of broken card must be returned.
Hang tag holders are at the risk of being ticketed if their hang tags are not visible or properly displayed in their vehicle.
By accepting a hang tag or access card, user agrees to be responsible for adhering to these policies. The contract remains in effect if the original hang tag/access card has been replaced due to loss or breakage, or upon transfer of the card within the firm.
Monthly parking fees are due in advance, without notice on the first day of each month. A 5% late fee will be charged if the parking fee is not paid by the 5th of the month. Parking privileges may/will be suspended if fees are not received by the 7th day of each month. A month is defined as the 1st day of a calendar month through and including the last day of a calendar month.
It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to update any vehicle changes. Any vehicle parked in the lot that is not on the tenant listing is subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
All authorized vehicles MUST be operational and duly registered.
By accepting a permit, user agrees to be responsible for adhering to these policies.
